TravPost is a travel discovery, planning and community platform providing destination guides, travel budgeting information, estimated travel costs, trip planning tools and social features that allow travellers to share and discover travel experiences.

By accessing or using TravPost, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Some TravPost features require you to create an account. You are responsible for providing accurate information and for keeping your account credentials secure.

You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless you reasonably believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Usernames and handles may be subject to availability and additional rules displayed when they are created or claimed.

You must not use TravPost to publish content that:

• Is intended to harass, threaten or impersonate another person.

We may remove content or restrict access to features where reasonably necessary to operate TravPost, protect users or comply with applicable law.

You retain ownership of the original content you create and submit to TravPost, subject to any rights belonging to third parties.

By posting content to TravPost, you give us permission to host, store, display and technically process that content as reasonably necessary to provide and operate the TravPost service.

This permission does not transfer ownership of your original content to TravPost.

Information published on TravPost is provided for general travel planning, discovery and informational purposes.

We aim to provide useful information, but travel prices, entry requirements, transport options, opening times, availability and other travel information can change.

You should verify important information with the relevant airline, accommodation provider, government authority, attraction or other official source before making travel arrangements.

Actual costs may vary significantly depending on travel dates, departure location, availability, exchange rates, accommodation choices, transport, activities, personal spending habits and other factors.

Estimates generated by TravPost should not be treated as guaranteed prices, quotations or confirmed availability.

TravPost may contain links to airlines, accommodation providers, booking platforms, attractions or other third-party websites and services.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, bookings and purchases made through third-party providers are transactions between you and that provider and are subject to the provider's own terms, conditions and policies.

TravPost is not responsible for the availability, performance, products, services or actions of independent third-party providers.

TravPost may display advertisements and may use affiliate links to third-party products or services.

If you follow an affiliate link and make a purchase or booking, TravPost may receive a commission from the provider. This does not necessarily increase the price you pay.

Advertising or affiliate relationships do not guarantee the quality, availability or suitability of a third-party product or service for your individual needs.

You are responsible for your own travel decisions, bookings, documentation and arrangements.

This includes checking passport and visa requirements, travel restrictions, insurance requirements, health guidance, safety information and any other requirements relevant to your destination.

You may use TravPost for lawful personal use, travel discovery, planning and participation in the community.

You must not knowingly:

• Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of TravPost.
• Use TravPost for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, servers or related systems.
• Use automated systems to excessively access, scrape or disrupt TravPost.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity in a misleading or harmful way.

Unless otherwise stated, original content created by or for TravPost, including written content, branding, website design elements and travel planning materials, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use TravPost for personal purposes, but you may not reproduce, republish or commercially exploit our original content without permission where such permission is required.

User-generated content, images, trademarks and other third-party materials remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.

We aim to keep TravPost available and functioning correctly, but we cannot guarantee that the service will always be available without interruption or error.

We may update, change, introduce, remove or temporarily suspend features as TravPost develops.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, TravPost is not responsible for losses resulting solely from reliance on travel estimates, outdated travel information, user-generated content, third-party services or decisions made using information provided through the platform.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

We may update these Terms & Conditions as TravPost develops or where changes are required to reflect our services or applicable requirements.
